As mentioned before, almost all infrastructure is in place prior to starting to build houses. This leads to infrastructure being unused for long periods if building is delayed. I trust that all of the below will be fixed as building once again progresses.

Note: Some of the photos above are taken at the local golfcourse and the road leading to it. With the popularity of golfing and the number of visitors, I would expect the golfclub to be able to maintain their premises as well as fixing up the road leading the paying customers to them.
