The area where our apartment is located consists of side walks, walk ways, cycle paths, small parks with benches and shrubbery as well as obviously palm trees all over the place.

Surely not yet ready built but the infrastructure is in place! This is due to some Spanish regulation that requires this sort of infrastructure to be in place prior to permitting building homes. This work was done prior to the first building wave, 2006-2008.
